1. Nature of Digital Products

All products offered on the site are digital products and subscriptions (codes or accounts) that are delivered instantly or manually via the site and email and have no physical copies.

2. Return and Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable or exchangeable once the code or account is delivered to the customer, except in the following cases:
- If the delivered code or account does not work (proof must be provided within 24 hours of purchase).
- If the order was not delivered after completing the payment process.

3. Terms of Use and Liability

- The customer is fully responsible for choosing the correct product and the correct region for their account, and we bear no responsibility for purchasing a code for the wrong region.
- Codes must be used within their specified time frame. We are not responsible for any code that stops working as a result of the customer delaying its use for a period exceeding 7 days from the date of purchase.
- It is strictly forbidden to change the data of ready-made accounts (such as Netflix accounts) unless the possibility of doing so is explicitly stated in the product description. Any data change may void the warranty.

4. Payment Methods and Prices

- All prices shown on the site are in Omani Rials (OMR) and may include Value Added Tax (VAT) according to applicable laws.
- We reserve the right to modify product prices at any time without prior notice. However, pre-confirmed orders will not be affected by any price change.

5. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Your continued use of the site following any changes constitutes your explicit acceptance of the new terms.
